Birds From The BURBS, came out of NOWHERE! I kinda went old school, sat down with my watercolours and guache and got lost in these creatures. In my head I see them displayed as a picture wall – or in a row – possibly in children’s rooms but hey you do you! There is a certain child like free spirited character and charm about them, like a remake of an old school bird species study/identification guide – but absolutely not to scale or true to form. Bird studies – through a childlike gaze. Please note this is a pre made set of BIRDS FROM THE BURBS prints including ‘Say Ya Wanna Dance’ – the galahs, ‘Pop In For a Cuppa’ – the wrens, ‘Thelma & Louise’ – the kookaburra’s, ‘Come On Over’ – the yellow tail black cockatoo’s and ‘She Make’s The Bed & He Steals The Covers’ – the budgie’s Printed on 20cm x 20cm recycled white card. Frames not included, but I have done some research and this size will be easy to buy and frame yourselves. Note – these are currently being printed – dispatch will be from Thursday 26th March
